I’m a Principal UX Designer working on enterprise platforms and complex systems.
I’m comfortable with large operational products, tangled workflows, regulation and competing constraints, whether I’m rethinking an existing system or shaping a 0-to-1 product.
I’m curious about how things make sense from other people’s point of view. I bring this instinct to systems: workflows, constraints and the decisions that shaped them.
That instinct isn’t new. Before I became a designer, I was a translator. I think there’s something similar about the jobs: understanding what someone is really trying to communicate, the context around it, and how it will make sense to someone else.
I’m committed to research throughout the design process. I care a lot about how designers, developers and product owners actually work together.
Outside work, I love travel (spanning from Insta 🌄 to near-internment 🛂) and languages (range: fluent in some, I’ll die trying in others). I’m fascinated by watching how people get on with everyday life under whatever conditions and constraints their surroundings impose.
